• Workshop Cancellation Policy
  Due to the custom nature of our studio, registration fees and project purchases are non-refundable.  If unable to attend your project can be picked up during a curbside pickup time following the date of the workshop.  Projects not completed or product not picked up at the workshop will only be kept for a period or 60 days from the original booking or order. Cancellation due to weather events or shutdown due to Covid restrictions will have registrations re-booked to another date or projects prepared as a do-at-home-kit.  

  Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 6 attendees.

  ​Age Restriction
  Due to the tools used, the stain and small sharp objects, infants and children under the age of 16 are not permitted in our studio while a workshop is being held. If a participant brings an infant or child, they will be ask to rebook for a different workshop when they can attend ‘child’ free and enjoy the educational experience fully.

Safety Waiver

Exposure to evergreens / pinecones / wildberries / rosehips /etc . Some items may be sharp.
I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to drills, hammers, mallets, nails, sand paper, cutters, paint and low VOC paints during Urban Rustic workshops.  I agree to be responsible for any damages to Urban Rustic’s tools, equipment or facilities, to the extent and in the percentage I cause such damages.

I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in Urban Rustic workshops.  I agree to take precautions and observe all Urban Rustic policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. In addition during the COVID 19 pandemic I recognize there is additional risk in being in a public environment and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my personal belongings. I agree to not attend if I have symptoms associated with Covid 19 or if I have been exposed to anyone testing positive with Covid 19 in the last 10 days . I agree to wear a mask at all times while in a workshop. 

I further agree to release and discharge Urban Rustic for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in Urban Rustic workshops or my presence in Urban Rustic facilities whether caused by me, Urban Rustic or any third party.

I agree to indemnify and defend Urban Rustic against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation in Urban Rustic workshops or my presence in Urban Rustic facilities.

We love sharing photos of the beautiful work you do through social media and print advertising! If you would prefer not to share your photo, please opt out of the picture taking at the beginning of the workshop.

I HAVE READ THE Urban Rustic POLICIES AND THIS SAFETY WAIVER AND UNDERSTAND THEM.  I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY CHECKING THE “ACCEPT POLICIES” BOX, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE.
