For pre-made signs your creation will be available for pick up from our studio. Check our main project page for estimated "Project-ready" times. Pick-up confirmation email will be issued when your project is ready.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized item.
Regarding Workshops:
If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.Regarding DIY TO GO and Pre-made products:
Pre-made products may be cancelled within 24 of your order. DIY TO GO Products and Kits are non-refundable.
To cancel your pre-made product order, please contact us at contact@urbanrustic.ca. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Urban Rustic reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
