Urban Rustic is a DIY studio that offers hands-on classes for creating custom-made home decor projects from raw materials. You can join an instructor-led workshop to make any of our great home decor projects like rustic pallet signs, framed farmhouse signs, coat racks and growth charts! Have a fun, social night out while creating a beautiful decor project! The only thing you need to bring is your imagination. We supply all the materials and instruction. Once you arrive you will be greeted and guided to your workspace where all your supplies will be waiting for you. Our instructors will then review the process of making your project. Whether you're an experienced crafter or a beginner, our classes will give you as much or as little guidance as you need.
Throughout the workshop you will gain DIY experience sanding, distressing, using power tools and choosing and applying the colour wash and paint colours for your chosen project.
Our workshop experience is set up to ensure that your finished design looks like a professionally-made piece before your class is finished. In addition every creation is a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted piece, custom made by you!
Create at your own pace. If you have any questions or don't know what do do next, our instructors can lend a hand to get you back on track. Be sure to take a break to enjoy a snack or beverage ( you can bring your own to our workshops).
Our friendly, fun environment is great for a solo night out to relax and have fun or for groups of friends to get together and reconnect.
