Fundraisers at Urban Rustic

Raise money for your cause and have a fun, creative night

Earn hundreds of dollars for your charity in one evening!!

Attendees choose from our many project designs ( many can be personalized ),

create and customize their project during the workshop and

leave with a professional looking rustic sign or decor item.


Choose your own registration fee for each attendee. This fee will be over and above the cost of each attendees project. ( Minimum $10 fee. We suggest between $10 and $25 )

This extra charge goes to your fundraiser.

Urban Rustic will also contribute 20%

of the price of each project as our donation to your cause!


We provide all the materials needed to complete your project, which is ready to take home at the end of the event. 

• Our staff offers guided instructions throughout. 

• Minimum 12 guests / projects to book the whole studio and to be eligible for 20% donation.

Current maximum 40 guests
• Ages 12 and up.

  •  $20 booking fee per fundraiser is required in advance to reserve your date and time. This will be fully refunded when you reach your minimum attendance. Book your date directly through our web calendar below ( dates labelled FUNDRAISER ): Or contact us directly for an alternate date.
